Lean Six Sigma is a business strategy that relies on disciplined data-driven methods and processes. To understand the importance of Six Sigma and pursue higher certifications, it’s important to obtain your White Belt first. The certification test assesses your knowledge of the methodology and gives you an idea of what to expect in subsequent training courses or tests.
The Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification is an introductory-level certification that demonstrates a basic understanding of the Six Sigma methodology and tools. This course is suitable for professionals who are new to Six Sigma and want to gain a foundational understanding of the methodology and its principles. Most reputed certification organizations do not offer a Six Sigma Whit Belt certificate. They typically start from the Yellow Belt level.
You can use these tests to check your basic foundational knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The tests are designed to assess your understanding of the basic concepts and principles of Six Sigma, such as DMAIC, and Lean.
After completing the test, you will receive a detailed explanation of each question by clicking on the “Review questions” button on the report card.
