Opening a Business in Europe

Hello my name is Alexander i was born in Ukraine and moved to USA when i was 10 years old. I lived in USA for about 23 years and had many different businesses in the states. When the war started and the Ukrainian port was blocked i understood that all of the cargo would be redirected to near by ports such as “Port of Constanta” I had information from a friend of mine that Ukrainians are having big problems working with Romanians and containers are overflowing in the port so i decided to go to Romania and open a freight forwarding company to help move all those stuck containers. The interesting part is i have never dealt with logistics and had no idea what i was getting into but in this course i will explain what i did to make a thriving business. I have noticed a need and i filled it. You can do the same if you look further than USA for your business ventures. It was hard for me because i did not have a course like this available to me and there was not much information about Romania and the Romanian port online. Romanians are very secretive people by nature and i will open all the secrets in this course.
